Refund policy

There are no order cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or warranties with Savy Phoenix Creations. All sales are final. Please make sure you are sure you want the item you selected before placing your order. Each item is one of a kind and delicate so please handle with care. 

Loosened Materials During Transport:

Stones and crystals may loosen and/or fall off during transport, this is normal. Savy Phoenix Creations can supply instructions and/or materials needed to place stones/ crystals back on. 

We are not responsible for damage caused by the shipper or customer. Once your product has been shipped we are no longer responsible for the handling of the product. Savy Phoenix Creations is not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. 

Please be sure that all information provided is Correct. Savy Phoenix Creations is not responsible for shipments that are not able to be delivered due to incomplete information. If package is non-deliverable to the address provided to us, it will be shipped back to us or destroyed based on return shipping costs. 

If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for paying for return to sender fee as well as re-shipment costs. If package is destroyed due to non-claim by customer, the customer must re-purchase the item.
