Shipping policy

Shipping & Handling:

Please allow 5-10 business day before items can be shipped. Please allow 2-14 business days after that for items to be packaged and shipped. Some items may take longer depending on circumstances as, a custom order, or shipping issues due to COVID-19.

All purchased items will be shipped via USPS from Florida to the destination. In cases where USPS will not deliver the package due to size or weight, packages may be sent via another company at the discretion of Savy Phoenix Creations. 

Savy Phoenix Creations is only shipping to domestic shipping locations at the moment. 

Loosened Materials During Transport:

Stones and crystals may loosen and/or fall off during transport, this is normal. Savy Phoenix Creations can supply instructions and/or materials needed to place stones/ crystals back on. 

We are not responsible for damage caused by the shipper or customer. Once your product has been shipped we are no longer responsible for the handling of the product. Savy Phoenix Creations is not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. 

Please be sure that all information provided is Correct. Savy Phoenix Creations is not responsible for shipments that are not able to be delivered due to incomplete information. If package is non-deliverable to the address provided to us, it will be shipped back to us or destroyed based on return shipping costs. 

If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for paying for return to sender fee as well as re-shipment costs. If package is destroyed due to non-claim by customer, the customer must re-purchase the item.
